Voting Districts
Board of Directors
Control is exercised through the Board of Directors,
made up of cooperative members elected by the membership. This board
is responsible for setting forth the policies under which the cooperative
operates; these policies are administered by a general manager hired

Each of the nine directors is elected for a three-year
term and may be re-elected for two more consecutive three-year terms.
Three directors, one from each voting district,
are elected each year by a majority vote of the membership just
prior to the Annual Membership Meeting, held on the last Saturday
of September.
The Board of Directors meet on the Thursday following
the second Wednesday of each month.
