Medina Electric Co-op is always looking for innovative ways to serve our members. The 24-hour Balance Inquiry and Meter Reading Hotline is just one of those innovations. For your convenience Medina EC now offers account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Simply call 1-866-MEC-ELEC, enter the necessary information when prompted and you'll have access to your current balance, the address to forward a payment, your district office number, and automatically enter your monthly meter reading.

This will drastically enhance the value of the bank draft. Members who are on bank draft [or credit card payment] no longer have to bother with mailing in their meter reading each month. They simply call the toll free number.

Members who call 1-866-MEC-ELEC should be prepared to provide their current phone number, account number, meter number and reading (if necessary) when prompted.
