Rebate Program

Medina EC's commitment to educating our membership and our communities on ways they can save energy and lower their electric bills continues to expand. The rebate program has affordable options for our membership and we are encouraging you to take advantage of these generous benefits and keep an eye out for new rebate offers.

Program procedures and requirements:

Only members of Medina Electric Cooperative are eligible for rebates. Rebates are limited to occupied residence and small commercial businesses.

Once rebate program requirements are met, a rebate in the form of a bill credit will be issued to the member’s account. Please allow 8 weeks upon receipt of all rebate documents for credit to appear on member’s bill.

Medina Electric reserves the right to verify all rebates to insure program guidelines have been met. The member may not be granted the rebate in the event Medina Electric is unable to verify the information provided on the application form.

Medina Electric Cooperative, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the program without notice.

Rebates

June 1, 2011 Rebate Offers (Item[s] cannot be purchased before June 1, 2011. Attach the original receipt to the Rebate form [to download the form you will need Adobe Reader]. Limit one item per member.)

• Water Heater Blanket - $10 rebate (must have a value greater than $20, not including tax)

• Electronic Programmable Thermostat - $25 rebate (must have a value greater than $40, not including tax)

September 24, 2011 Rebate Offers (Item[s] cannot be purchased before September 24, 2011 and must be Energy Star qualified. Attach the Energy Guide, with the Energy Star logo, and the original receipt to the Rebate form [to download the form you will need Adobe Reader]. Limit one item per member.)

• Refrigerator - $50 rebate

• Freezer - $35 rebate

• Dishwasher - $35 rebate

• Clothes Washer - $35 rebate

• Window Unit - $35 rebate
