2010 Telephone Survey Results

Medina EC's 2010 telephone survey was conducted in January and February of this year. The cooperative received an American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) scores of 88, based on feedback from members obtained through the survey.

The cooperative uses the survey results to evaluate current programs and processes to ensure member satisfaction is being met.
