Due to the potential for inclement weather this weekend, Medina Electric Cooperative has made the decision to modify our Annual Meeting to a drive-through format.
The decision was made out of an abundance of caution to prioritize member safety and ensure our crews remain available and prepared to respond to any potential outages. By making this decision in advance, we are also able to provide clear communication to you, our members, and ensure staff can effectively support the event.

8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Members who attend will:
- Register for the Annual Meeting
- Receive a breakfast-to-go (while supplies last)
- Receive a registration gift
- Be entered into all prize drawings, including the $1,000 Grand Prize
- Receive annual meeting materials
All prize winners will be randomly selected and notified following the meeting.
