If your construction project is completed in Dimmit, Kinney, La Salle, Starr, Webb or Zavala counties you are required to submit county permits to Medina EC before work orders are placed on the construction schedule. You can find information and requirements here.

If your project requires new construction, please refer to the proper wiring specifications prior to construction. If you have any questions, call us at 1-866-MEC-ELEC. We offer 200 amp meter loops for members to purchase at a discounted rate. If you're interested in purchasing one for your new construction job, please ask the Medina EC staff member you are dealing with about that option. Medina EC sets our own meter poles. We will not install equpiment on poles that have been set by an electrician or homeowner.


Subdivision/Backbone Lines

If you are a developer and your project requires a new line for a subdivision, please fill out this application.
