Any or all utilities desiring to use in any way, the poles belonging to the Medina Electric Cooperative, shall before making any attachment to said pole or poles:
- Have a contract for a “Joint Use Agreement” with Medina EC. If you do not have a current contract with Medina EC, you may download the contract here.
- Create a new ticket in NJUNS (Permit Application) and upload the proposed design package in accordance with the Medina EC Permit Procedure.
The design package shall include a completed Medina EC survey spreadsheet.
- Pay the non-refundable Permit Application fees as detailed in the Medina EC Permit Procedure.
Medina Electric Cooperative will process each Permit Application per the estimated timelines and constraints listed in the Medina EC Permit Procedure. All attachments must be installed in compliance with the Medina EC Pole Attachment Standards.
