NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE is hereby given that the MEDINA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE INC. is requesting proposals for Program Management Consulting Services. All proposals must be clearly marked “SEALED BID – MEDINA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC.
- DISASTER RECOVERY CONSULTING SERVICES” and submitted to the MEDINA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE INC., located at 2308 18th Street, Hondo, TX 78861, prior to Tuesday, November 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and acknowledged in the Board Room. Any RFP delivered or received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
