{Update - May 19 @ 7 p.m.}

The system application maintenance originally scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, has been delayed and will be rescheduled for a later date.

As a result, there will be no impacts to SmartHub data or outage tracking tomorrow:

  • Data Readings: Real-time usage and interval data will continue to display as normal.

  • Outage Reporting: Our automated outage tracking systems are fully active.

With a forecast for potential storms in our area, we want to reassure our members that our network is operating normally. If weather-related outages occur, our automated systems will detect them immediately. Members can also continue to monitor and report outages through the SmartHub app or by calling 1-866-632-3532.

On Wednesday, May 20, we will be performing essential system application maintenance. While these internal updates take place, the data feeds that connect to your SmartHub account will be temporarily paused, resulting in the following impacts:

  • SmartHub Data Readings: Real-time energy usage readings will temporarily stop updating on May 20. Your data is perfectly safe—all usage readings will cache and are expected to fully re-populate in your account by Thursday, May 21.
  • Outage Reporting: Our automated outage detection system will be offline during the maintenance window. If you experience a power outage on May 20, it will not be automatically reported to us.

How to report an outage on 5/20:
If your power goes out, please report it immediately using one of these manual methods:

  • SmartHub App: Log in and utilize the "Report an Outage" feature.
  • Phone: Call us directly at 1-866-632-3532.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this necessary maintenance to better serve you.
