Medina Electric Cooperative is looking for qualified individuals to fill an upcoming vacant board position for Voting District 3, representing Brooks, Dimmit, Duval, Jim Hogg, La Salle, McMullen, Starr, Webb and Zapata counties. The position is to be seated in October. 

The board is responsible for setting operating policies for the cooperative and making decisions regarding the financial health and well-being of the organization.

Interested individuals must be willing and able to dedicate ample time to represent the members of the cooperative, become knowledgeable about cooperatives and the electric industry, and accept the responsibilities and obligations of a director which includes attending regular board meetings and participating in training events.
